About us

We are three couples of friends who, two years ago, decided to embark on a special adventure: bringing new life to a historic building in the heart of Reggio Emilia.

With enthusiasm and teamwork, we completely renovated it, transforming it into seven independent apartments.

It has been a journey filled with hard work, friendship, and fun: doing things together brought us even closer and allowed us to create something that truly represents us.

The renovation of this three-story building was carried out as a shared project — each couple took care of restoring one floor, creating apartments that reflect distinct and personal styles.

What emerged is a harmonious collection of spaces, each with its own identity, designed to offer guests a personalized experience.

In addition to the apartments, we wanted to create welcoming common areas dedicated to relaxation and socializing, making every stay even more enjoyable.

This restoration project was not only a personal endeavor but also a contribution to the city: we brought new life to a historic place, transforming it into a space of hospitality and connection.

Today, our apartments are ready to welcome anyone wishing to discover Reggio Emilia — whether for work, vacation, or simply to immerse themselves in its unique atmosphere.
