On the ground floor, you’ll find a fitness room with a Technogym multifunction machine, dumbbells (1–10 kg), and a private internal patio—perfect for moments of wellness and relaxation.
Set within a historic building, the apartment is located on the second floor (stairs access only), in the historic center, just 300 meters from GMV – Salus Hospital.

A Smart TV and full-wall mirrors complete the space for comfortable and effective workouts.

The private internal courtyard is ideal for relaxing, reading, or working outdoors. Guests can also safely store bicycles here—perfect for exploring the city on two wheels.

For deeper relaxation, the building also offers (by reservation) a spa area for two people, including a hot tub, sauna (available from November to March, with an extra fee), and a large shower.
These spaces provide the perfect combination of relaxation and activity, making your stay even more enjoyable.
To ensure maximum flexibility, a self check-in procedure is available.
For guest registration, you can choose to complete it in person or remotely by phone, according to your needs.
