Very nice and clean place. It's just off the beaten track. My son used the property's small gym, which is not usually found in an Airbnb listing. Close to all the must-see attractions of Reggio Emilia. We were happy to find out that on Saturdays there is a market just down the street.

Clean, modern and comfortable house in the center

I am extremely satisfied with the service that has been offered to me. Federica is a very kind and prepared person, I felt at home!!

Everything perfect! Federica is a fantastic host and the apartment was very nice and cozy!

Apartment with everything you need to enjoy a short time in the city. Absolutely recommended!

The accommodation is perfectly organized and clean.
Federica available.
We stayed comfortably.

Beautiful apartment, clean and convenient to arrive.
Right in the center of Reggio Emilia so you can easily enjoy a nice walk or participate in the initiatives of the historic center.

We spent two days at Frederica's place and everything went well. The accommodation was completely compliant with the announcement and was also very clean.

good also clean

Clean and very well-kept apartment. Located very close to the center in a quiet area. The only flaw is that the apartment is located on the top floor without a lift. The host very friendly, helpful and always active.

Excellent
Very central

Very nice, practical and super clean apartment. Complete with all the necessities. Quality furniture. Check-in and key retrieval is very effective, even the relationship with the manager. Local 10' walk from the center.
Parking. all for a fee in the surrounding area. But you have to get over it as we are in the city center

Exceptional
Amazing place

Excellent Cleanliness and Location

Impeccable cleanliness, easy access apartment. You can also take advantage of a very nice small outdoor area. Clear access instructions, quiet accommodation as it does not overlook a main road but a small side street. Spacious bathroom and very large shower. Incredibly comfortable and spacious bed.
The only aspect on which you can improve (but they are just precautions) is the kitchen corner, not so much for the size of the same (two kitchen modules) which for the space available is fine, but you could add a few more kitchen utensils to improve considerably. To give some concrete examples, have two tea towels to wash instead of one, have some extra cutlery and add a slightly smaller pan or pot than those supplied. I would add that these are small details that are completely irrelevant for those who do not use the kitchen.

Very close to the center. Clean and complete with everything you need. Host availability. We were in Reggio for a running race and the host allowed us to delay check out allowing us to shower after the Sunday morning race.

Structure in a central location, clean and complete with every comfort, friendly and punctual host. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended

We were very happy with our stay. Manuela was very friendly and communicative. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very nice bathroom! I highly recommend it.

Fabulous

I loved Manuela's apartment in the heart of Reggio. Highly recommend!

Amazing accommodation, in the heart of Reggio Emilia. In addition to the convenient location, the accommodation is of rare beauty. Super appreciated the hot tub

Great stay clean apartment quiet and peaceful parking very close I will be back recommended

Perfect stay, clean apartment and very convenient location.

Improve room comfort Cold room and bathroom temperature. Only an additional quilt available. In the morning no hot water worked, it was impossible to take a shower

All in all a good experience.

Excellent

We had a very good time , very clean and relaxing apartment I recommend it to everyone

Well-kept accommodation, well equipped and in a very convenient location in the center. Federica is very helpful and always reachable. Perfect place to stay in Reggio Emilia.

Perfect

Everything perfect and Federica really kind

Clear instructions, good sized room and well equipped. Great location, quiet area. Very friendly and helpful host, I highly recommend staying here

Second time staying here and I will definitely be back!! Clean, well-kept and nice spacious apartment... Perfect for a quiet weekend!

A really cozy structure, very clean and complete with everything you need. We only stayed one night but if we have to stop again in Reggio Emilia we will definitely try to book here!

We used this accommodation for a very short stop, but enough to appreciate its many strengths: the proximity to the center, the ease of parking in the neighboring streets, the presence in the surroundings of everything you may need. But most of all the apartment (delightful!) is impeccable in cleanliness, comfort, as well as in the smallest details: you can perceive care and attention to the guest, who can also count on the availability of Federica, always present for every request. We highly recommend it and will be the first to consider it if we come back in the future!

The environment cozy and clean. In the historic center. A small apartment but with all the comforts. It has a very pleasant little yard and is very quiet.

Excellent, the studio is tastefully furnished and cared for down to the smallest detail, minimal / essential but beautiful.
Curtains on the windows could entice you to open the shutters in the morning.
the wi-fi signal is fluctuating and makes it impossible to enjoy the TV with NETFLIX/PRIME channels

Studio furnished with simplicity but taste. Central in a non-busy area near numerous parking lots outside the ZTL. . Pleasant to use the fitness room and the garden. Caterina was extraordinarily diligent in solving a small problem we had with the TV.

It was excellent

Perfect in every sense

Great service

Great apartment! It is very clean inside and has everything you need. Modern and cozy! The center is a 10-minute walk away, everything is close by: restaurants and supermarkets. Thank you very much to Manuela, we have always been in touch! I recommend this accommodation!

I gladly returned to the apartment managed by Federica. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, welcoming, functional and beautiful. Federica is a super organized host and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you

The apartment is well rented, very clean and corresponds perfectly to the description. Quiet area and not far from the center on foot, with the possibility of parking in the area. Federica was a very responsive and helpful host. Definitely recommended.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Everything corresponded to the description. Very nice owner. If needed, I will definitely come back. Thank you for the fun and comfort.

Very nice apartment, clean, close to the center; The host is also the kindest and most hospitable. I recommend it

It was my first time in Reggio Emilia... I will be back.

The house is new, perfect throughout. Attention to detail, clean and warm.

Nice place, clean and cozy I highly recommend staying there if you want to experience the city center of Reggio Emilia.

Very comfortable and intuitive check in, tidy and spotless room, inside there were all possible comforts, from the simple towel to the hair straightener. Apartment located very close to the center.

Very clean house and located in a quiet and convenient area within walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants in the area!
Parking close and convenient!
Federica was present from the beginning to the end of my stay with punctuality and loyalty for every need!
If you have to spend time or visit the city of Reggio Emilia do not hesitate to take this accommodation, the choice will be fully rewarded!
We will definitely be back

Excellent structure, impressed me positively, above my expectations. New accommodation, very well maintained, clean, tidy with many useful accessories during the stay; the management staff is always available, very professional and ready to recommend the best to see and taste in the beautiful city of Reggio Emilia.

COZY, WARM HOUSE WITH PERFECT SPACES. EXCELLENT

Exceptional studio really beautiful, with attention to every detail.
The environment is welcoming, well organized and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You immediately perceive the attention and care dedicated to the guests. Absolutely recommended!
Everything perfect

A perfect Airbnb and a lovely host... We felt at home away from home

We made the request for a stay at the last minute and Manuela was very quick to give us an audience and allow us in less than 2 hours to already be able to be inside her restaurant.
The accommodation is equipped with all services and is also in a quiet area, in fact no noise was heard.
we recommend accommodation to those who want to visit the city, because you are practically in the center of Reggio Emilia.
Very convenient location for parking lots and the city center practically without having to use any means of transport, indeed taking a nice walk.

As always my favorite RBNB at Reggi Emilie

Nice, clean, functional, matching the description. The hot tub was really nice. I would definitely recommend!!

Nice and relaxing experience, we had already found another guest house unfortunately it had already been booked so we fell back on Manuela's guest house, which I would describe as helpful and patient, very well cared for the room, we were pleasantly surprised to find all the most common utensils for the kitchen was all designed to make you feel at home I highly recommend it.

All excellent!

Comfortable and well-kept stay.
I fully recommend !!

Very nice and clean accommodation

Great for temporary work arrangement, close to SALUS Hospital clinic

Excellent renovated new apartment, very quiet, with extra services also available. To be recommended

Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, warm and welcoming apartment with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay.
Other notes of merit are the location and the self check in which allows greater flexibility and autonomy.

Federica helped us a lot, there is no better Airbnb in Reggio Emilia

Nice and cozy apartment in the city center

LOVELY apartment... a little gem! Everything tidy and clean

Amazing stay, spotless house and super nice host!

Everything okay no problems encountered, host present in case of problems.

Accommodation with attention to detail, spotless and comfortable.
Very kind host and always responsive in communications.
Close to the historic center and convenient parking for the car.
We couldn't use the gym in our short stay but we saw that it was present and also clean.
Really nice place, highly recommended.

Nice date, comfortable and clean.
Large shower and everything you need for two people.

Cozy studio, modern and functional décor. Perfect for a couple.
All new and very well maintained.
City centre within walking distance

THE PRIVATE GYM A REAL GEM, used for pre-marathon warm-up.
Unfortunately, since it is a very beautiful renovation, there are some gaps in the sound insulation, all kinds of noise came from upstairs and it was not easy to fall asleep.
An important note, after a large investment like this it is a shame not to invest something more for comfortable cushions.

Beautiful, new and clean apartment.
Manuela was kind, and always available, I recommend it.

The accommodation was extremely clean and very well equipped. Everything worked perfectly and nothing was missing. The location is perfect, central but quiet. Absolutely recommended, I will gladly return!

Emanuela is very kind, ready to meet any request.
In the structure it is possible with an extra payment to take advantage of a beautiful spa area for exclusive use.
Recommended, all brand new and clean.

My wife and I travel regularly to Italy for our annual holidays and this time we returned to enjoy the dolce far niente. We are looking for clean and well-equipped apartments in a central location, and this place is absolutely perfect.
The apartment is very central, modern and beautifully renovated. It was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you need and more. All appliances and equipment worked perfectly, and the apartment was exactly as in the photos, no surprises.
Communication was excellent. The host responded immediately to any questions and provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions for check-in. Access was easy and check-out was just as smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, this apartment met all of our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book the same place again if we were to return to Reggio Emilia and would highly recommend it to others.

Manuela is an excellent Host, very helpful and kind, always responsive and ready to provide type advice.
The apartment is as in the photographs, clean rooms and comfortable room.
Excellent location, close to the city center, the whirlpool is the real gem of this beautiful apartment. I highly recommend this place for those looking for accommodation in Reggio Emilia or simply looking for accommodation to relax and escape from the daily chaos.

Excellent but all the parking lots around are paid, I had to walk around 20 minutes and park very far away

Modern and well-equipped apartment, two bathrooms for basically two people, one of which in the bedroom and one far away so that all possible needs could be met. Suitable for those who do not have walking problems (there is no elevator and there are three floors, although the stairs are short). There are also common areas, but we couldn't take advantage of them.
Very nice location, also close to supermarkets and other shops.

Incredible location!comfortable, spacious, super served both indoors and outdoors!highly recommended.. Great location with parking very close ! FANTASTIC

We stayed two nights and found a really comfortable place both for the location and for the cleanliness / welcome.
We had a really good time and Federica was very punctual and kind in giving us all the information we needed for a great stay.

Structure in the city center, compact and welcoming, the owner very helpful. He immediately resolved a small mishap that occurred. In conclusion, very well cared for apartment to meet all personal or couple needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

New, well-kept, cozy and spotless structure. The manager very courteous, helpful and responds quickly to any questions. In case I have to return to the area I would definitely contact her.

Apartment is in a stylish and quiet building. It has been completely renovated with taste and elegance. The space has been optimized to the maximum with quality furnishings and excellent finishes. The bed is much more comfortable than it seems and very easy and quick to prepare. The bathroom is large and comfortable. Communication with the host is impeccable and access to the apartment extremely easy. We were also guests of the other apartment, located on the same floor, and we can confirm the excellent choice with this host. Absolutely recommended
I would add only two bedside lamps near the bed to read in the evening. For the rest it is perfect.

I subscribe to what was also said previously, impeccable house and hosts who are always responsive and friendly!

Modern, clean and optimally located maisonette. Caterina impeccable, thank you for your availability!

Excellent Everything new, very clean and pleasant

Well organized structure located conveniently close to the city center.
Professional and responsive host, check-in and check-out operations were smooth.
The apartment is nice and well furnished, despite the limited size the spaces have been used efficiently.
The only sore point is the poor soundproofing, noises can be heard from the stairs and the upper floor.

Location, cleanliness and context

The apartment is a studio apartment renovated to perfection, with quality furnishings and finishes. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. There is everything you need. The host was very friendly and prompt in communications. Access was very easy. The value for money is fantastic. Absolutely recommended.

Extremely welcoming, professional and courteous host. Availability and immediate feedback for organizational details. Really great experience. Apartment with excellent aesthetic taste and all the necessary amenities.

Great stay, very nice accommodation and helpful host

It was a very pleasant stay. There was construction going on nearby so it was really noisy most of the time, but it was still very nice

Good!

I loved my stay at Manuela's place! Everything was close by and the train station is only a couple of minutes away or the bus to the station is just around the corner. His house was really nice and cozy. Manuela was kind, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable and new accommodation, very clean, fine finishes, quiet, equipped with all comforts and in the central area.

We had a very good time. A great place to explore Reggio. Central but quiet.

Manuela is a truly superhost
I booked at very short notice and 5 minutes later he already confirmed the booking and contacted me.
The room is beautiful, very clean and excellently equipped.
To be gladly returned!
Thank you very much

Beautiful apartment in the city center!

The accommodation is very clean and more spacious than expected. The kitchen is practical and well-equipped, and the whirlpool tub in the room is a really nice detail. The spaces are carefully organized, everything is comfortable and functional.
The location is great. Very central and perfect for reaching the center of Reggio Emilia on foot in a few minutes.
Manuela was very helpful and offered very precise and detailed support and directions.
Overall very positive experience.

Great apartment in Reggio Emilia! Everything was clean. Thanks to the self check-in we were very flexible.

Very nice apartment

Super cozy apartment. Highly recommended for those who need a stay near the city center of Reggio.

Very comfortable apartment to move around the city, in a quiet area, very clean, spacious and well equipped. Federica was responsive and helpful. I gladly return!

I just had a wonderful stay in this apartment and I couldn't be more pleased. The location is just perfect, located in the heart of the city and close to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The apartment is spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated, offering a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
The details definitely make the difference. Communication with Federica was impeccable, always available and ready to respond to any need, giving precise and detailed information. Sincere congratulations.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable base to explore the center of Reggio Emilia.

Apartment and building seems just renovated.... Clean and easy to reach
Convenient to downtown in a few minutes walk
Clean apartment with ample space
Federica (host) answers immediately and clearly

Very well renovated accommodation, with attention to detail and equipped with all comforts. The small gym and the courtyard in how make it a proposal that stands out. Federica is a present and capable host, she makes everything easy and pleasant.

Really very nice apartment, clean, tidy just as described. I was two days with my girlfriend and really can't complain about anything. Located in the center and close to everything. We will definitely be back

Great location to get to the center
Perfect cleaning
Small but with everything you need
Also convenient to reach the station
Added value given by the presence of the internal gym

Recommended. Beautiful apartment and location

Caterina's apartment is located in the historic center, just inside the ZTL, consequently there is a large amount of parking nearby and, the street in which it is located is very quiet and peaceful even during the day. The accommodation is recently renovated, very clean and functional and, moreover, a lot of light enters from the windows.
The sofa bed is very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with every necessary good.
It is not the first time I stay here, a testimony of how well I felt at it.
Not to forget the friendliness of Caterina, responsive in her responses and able to make the guest feel at ease, as if they were staying in her own home.

Nice place

Perfect stay in the heart of Reggio Emilia. Small but really comfortable and modern apartment, clean and stylish.

Very nice, clean and cozy apartment in a perfect location. Great stay and great communication with the host!

Good evening, The small but wonderful house, nothing is missing and Mrs. Manuela is a wonderful kind and helpful person. I recommend it to everyone.

Optimal location, exceptional order and cleanliness and equipped with everything you need... with a kettle it would have been perfection.

Excellent experience, very clean accommodation, equipped with all comforts, a stone's throw from the historic center in a quiet and peaceful area. Manuela was always available and gave us maximum support, providing us with useful tips for our stay.

Fantastic, I recommend
Surely if I pass by the area I will book another time

I thank Manuela very much for her availability and for her kindness. Super well-kept, clean and well organized apartment.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb accommodations I've ever stayed in, and Manuela was a very helpful host. His communication was always clear and quick, and in addition to general instructions he included some local tips for first-time visitors like me. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the parking tips were very helpful. The location is also great in this regard, as the apartment is located right on the border of the ZTL (limited traffic zone, which means you can park literally 2 minutes walk away without worrying about any fines.
The apartment itself has clearly been renovated very recently, and is so well designed that my wife and I were inspired for our home. You can see that everything is very well thought out, so we felt at home right away, and it gave us such a nice base for our first trip to Reggio Emilia.

Manuela is a great hostess. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, everything perfectly designed, clean and in an ideal location for the old town.
Manuela was always available and
They have always helped us.

I had a lovely stay at Manuela's Guest House's place. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Manuela and her co-host were very welcoming, friendly and communicated well during my stay. The area is quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Manuela extremely friendly and the apartment clean, well-kept and elegant.

The stay was perfect! The house is clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. Convenient and quiet location. Manuela was very kind and always available. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

As expected, so I'm completely satisfied

Top

Tastefully decorated apartment in a period building in the heart of the city.
All the services and everything you need to spend a few days in this beautiful city

Friendly host, great accommodation and location to stay, everything is within walking distance! I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks again, I will definitely be back.

Ferederica's apartment enhanced my wonderful stay in Reggio Emilia. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: in the old town and a 5-minute walk from the main attractions, but quiet and peaceful in the evening.
The services were exactly as described. The building also offers a gym and a shared terrace, which, although I didn't have time to use during my stay, looked very attractive.
Federica is a great host, very responsive to messages and incredibly accommodating to any request. The check-in procedure is contactless but very well organized, with clear instructions and, in my case, even hours before the official check-in time, as Federica kindly welcomed my early arrival.
I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Reggio Emilia. Thank you for making my trip so special!

We loved the accommodation - we wish we could have stayed longer. Very modern and clean apartment with 2 bathrooms and equipped with everything you need. There was also a hair straightener and a dishwasher. If we return to Reggio Emilia, we will be happy to book accommodation again

Clean apartment with everything you need, convenient location and very friendly and helpful owner. Recommended!

Very friendly and helpful host.
The apartment was clean and in a convenient location.
I would stay here again.

Federica's accommodation is impeccable!! Recently renovated apartment, like the whole building in which it is located. Spacious and with double bathroom that gives it added value. If you need an airBnB in the center, it is definitely a great choice.

Good experience and communication with Federica

Great experience all around! Thank you Federica! Great host and really helpful!
Highly recommend!

Everything perfect.

Beautiful

Very nice accommodation, clean, great location, very helpful and helpful host!

The apartment is wonderful, with attention to every detail, full of services.
Bright and equipped with every comfort.
Federica very kind and super responsive in communication.
Absolutely one of the most beautiful and well-kept apartments ever seen!

The stay was really pleasant! The house is well-kept, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for getting around easily and enjoying the tranquility at the same time. The host was welcoming and attentive. I immediately felt at home, an experience that I recommend to everyone!"

Federica's accommodation is wonderful! A cozy quiet and discreet apartment, furnished with a lot of taste and elegance! Great location... Close to the center within walking distance, with the possibility of parking very close. Amenities are available nearby. In addition, Federica is an excellent host, helpful and attentive!

Short stay but very pleasant. The welcome was excellent and the environment very well-kept. Would definitely stay here again

The stay was impeccable from all points of view: cleanliness of the rooms, new and carefully chosen furnishings, assistance from the host. Small attentions such as the wire to charge the phone and the vertical iron. I will definitely stay here again . I recommend it

We had a perfect stay!

Manuela's accommodation is a great studio apartment with easy access to the heart of the city. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a simple meal and has quality cookware and wine glasses (something that surprisingly we didn't find easily in Italy!).
The bathroom has been recently remodeled and has a large overhead shower.
The gym downstairs has enough weights to get a good workout.
Manuela gave us clear instructions on where we could park our car for free, about a 15 minute walk from the place.
The studio is a great place to use as a base to explore nearby Modena, Parma and Bologna (and also the city of Reggio Emilia). There are also many restaurants, bars, pharmacies and grocery stores nearby.

We loved staying at Manuela's place. We didn't spend much time in Reggio Emilia because we traveled a lot in the region, but thanks to Manuela's advice we found a great restaurant where we enjoyed the local cuisine. His accommodation was perfect and he had everything we needed for our trip. We would 100% recommend it and would love to come back one day

The apartment is nice, clean, modern, well equipped and also has a gym and a court downstairs. Manuele was the kindest, most helpful and friendly host imaginable.

Manuela was kind and prompt in her answers. The area is quiet and the accommodation met expectations.

Excellent super central location, the impeccable cleanliness of the environment is also a fundamental aspect. Perhaps the only flaw is the mattress a little hard but otherwise everything was impeccable. Super helpful, precise and punctual host provided us with clear directions

Great accommodation with the best location in a beautiful city

The place was clean as in the pictures the owner is very friendly

everything perfect

Newly renovated building, perfect apartment equipped with all comforts. We had a very good time

Beautiful apartment with hydro massage tub in the bedroom. Central place. Flexibility in entry, we were allowed to access three hours earlier. All very clean and well-kept. That's good!

Very nice and extremely clean apartment, in a great location. The only flaw was not having found the linen for the sofa bed. We had taken it for granted that since there were two beds we would be able to use it. Unfortunately Airbnb does not provide breakfast despite being called a bed and breakfast and that's fine, but it would have been nice to find at least some water. In any case, Federica, our host, very kind.

Great place, parking was a bit tricky. Look for the blue dots along the main road outside this place. Do not park in the blue/white areas overnight!

The accommodation is cozy and was very clean. Unfortunately, it smelled a little smoke at first. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped (for example, there was only one big fork for 2 people). The location is very nice and you are right in town. However, the parking situation is quite difficult, almost all parking lots nearby are only for residents. The apartment is quite noisy.

I only stayed one night but it was enough to appreciate this beautiful apartment, spacious, spotless and equipped with every comfort. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail and impeccably equipped, you immediately perceive the attention and passion with which it is managed. The location in Reggio Emilia is excellent and makes your stay even more pleasant. Federica was really fantastic, welcoming, helpful and attentive, ready to provide any information and useful advice. A perfect experience that I absolutely recommend.

Fantastic apartment

Federica is a helpful and responsive host, she met all our requests. Check in was quick and easy. The apartment is large and clean, the spaces have been exploited to the fullest and are tastefully furnished. Great experience! Recommended!
Davi Vale and Benny

The accommodation is super nice and modern. Very central location and very nice hostess!

Beautiful apartment, check with keybox, great communication with the host. Absolutely recommended!

The place is super quiet and pleasant, very well located so easily accessible by any means

Very cozy space, perfect, I recommend it. I hope to return!! Thank you

We had a fantastic stay in Reggio Emilia and couldn't be happier with our choice. Manuela was incredible, always proactive, available for anything we needed, and even offered to take care of organic waste (which has a specific process here). He gave us great tips about the city and made us feel really at home.
The apartment is located in a beautifully renovated historic building, with excellent amenities including a functional gym and a lovely courtyard where I could work and relax. Inside, the accommodation is modern, clean, fully equipped and perfect for a couple spending time in the city.
We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Without a doubt, we would love to come back here again.

The apartment is so cute, clean and comfortable. It is new and well equipped. Also, the location is great, on a quiet street and a 5-minute walk from the center. I appreciate that the windows have curtains. Likewise, communication with Manuela was very smooth and helpful. We had a really nice stay!

Fantastic stay in Reggio Emilia! Manuela was a great host, friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. 5 stars!

Perfect mini apartment in a tastefully renovated period house. High-quality, well-thought-out and professionally designed furnishings – literally nothing is missing. Spacious and pleasant bathroom with large rain shower, functional kitchenette and comfortable bed. A 100% recommendation in the region of Reggio / Parma.

Great stay, spotless room

First time in Reggio Emilia
Pleasant stay in an organized and clean establishment
Manuela always available, precise and timely

Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful and luxurious apartment and the hot tub is wonderful!

A great host! We felt at home immediately. The room is luxurious and lovingly decorated, the kitchen is well equipped and the location is perfect. The handover of the keys and the instructions for parking were super easy and stress free. Thank you for the warm hospitality – it doesn't get any better than this! We will gladly return.

Brand new apartment, very organized and clean. Everything as described in the photos

Great stay overall. Very clean, good design concept and recently renovated. Good location close to the Old Town. The only observation is that the room has a dry-built wall in the direction of a neighboring room. It provides virtually no sound insulation. If you are used to building drywall, it will not bother you. Other than that, it was a great accommodation and we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with Manuela was easy, fast and flawless

All impeccable!
Highly recommend!

I stayed very well. Hygiene and cleanliness of the apartment to the maximum, indisputable privacy. Furthermore, despite the fact that it is a studio apartment, this one is very compact and efficient. The tasteful furniture design. Congratulations again, should I return to Reggio Emilia it will be my first choice.

We stopped in Reggio Emilia for our bikepacking and this apartment exceeded our expectations! Manuela was very helpful and immediately converted my incorrect booking for 1 person into one for 2 people. Thank you so much for our stay!

Everything was perfect, beyond expectations and Manuela turned out to be a host attentive to every need and precise and kind!

It was a perfect stay. Manuela is extremely helpful and hospitable. I am very grateful for his help and flexibility when I had some last minute requests before departure. I hope to stay here again!

Great accommodation, clean and tidy, highly recommend!!

Clean, friendly and very well organized accommodation

Exceptional. Very helpful owners

Perfect for a single traveler, clean and modern, with all the comforts

The management of the property was impeccable, responsive, clear and welcoming host.
A studio apartment but super clean, just renovated, modern, in a quiet area but very close to the Ghiara.
I had a great time!

Accommodation in super quiet location. Modernly furnished and tastefully renovated house with several small apartments, including a private courtyard and a small gym. Very well located. We were able to explore the beautiful old town on foot and park for little money in the nearby parking lot with video surveillance. Clearly to be recommended!

Very clear, responsive, very kind people.
A non-trivial space for bikes and common between various users of the condominium. Recommended

Stefania's apartment is nothing short of nice and in perfect condition, recently renovated, very clean and assorted with all the essentials for a pleasant stay in Reggio Emilia. The large windows allow light to enter in the early hours of the day and give guests a splendid glimpse of the typical Emilian avenues, without even the need to get up from the comfortable bed in the center of the room. Despite the scorching summer heat, the temperature inside the house is absolutely pleasant, thanks also to the presence of an air conditioner and, despite its limited size, the kitchen is very functional. The apartment is also located in an excellent location, about 5 minutes from the center and a stone's throw from the service roads, allowing convenient parking just outside the ZTL. Absolutely recommended, I will be pleased to come back again, also thanks to the friendliness of Stefania!

Excellent stay! Brand new and clean room. Very friendly and helpful host

My stay at Manuela's place was fantastic: in a very nice apartment, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and with everything you need. Manuela is a 10 star host: she recommended great places to eat in the area and was very attentive with all her instructions and recommendations. I will not hesitate to return!

Everything perfect, great experience. Apartment and host super recommended.

Excellent from every point of view. Central area, impeccable accommodation. Great responsiveness!

Manuela Perfect host, well-kept and well-organized room, convenient area. Excellent price also taking into account the concert period. She will always be our first choice even with a small child.

Everything perfect. Very nice place, brand new.

Very nice apt, clean and super modern. Recommended.

Manuela Very kind available to give us all the necessary information, to return

One of the best accommodations in Reggio Emilia !
Super nice host, perfect location and convenient to everything

We found this accommodation almost by accident and at the last minute. Manuela was very kind and super helpful despite having booked at the last minute. Well-kept accommodation and plus a hot tub that after a tiring day is just what you need! Thanks again!

Great location, comfortable staySmall studio with sofa bed. Perfect central location, new and tastefully decorated. Very clean. Functional kitchen. Fully functional air conditioning and wifi
The fridge makes a lot of noise, even at night. I would provide guests with at least paper towels or paper towels and some extra cutlery and cups.
